What is Vault Hunters?
Installation
Visit the Curseforge website and download the version appropriate for your computer
Open the installer and follow the instructions to complete the installation.
Launch Curseforge and login
Find Minecraft in the “Choose a Game” list and follow the instructions to set up a modding folder
Follow this link and install the modpack
Important: Click the cog to open settings, navigate to Minecraft and adjust the “Allocated Memory” slider to 8192 MB
In the “My Modpacks” list, find Vault Hunters and click play.
Once Minecraft is open, click the dropdown on the left of the play button and select Vault Hunters
Click play to start your adventure!
VAULT HUNTERS
Vault Hunter requires some participation to unlock mods in game. Craft Knowledge Stars from vault loot to unlock the mods. There is a strategy related to what and when to unlock a mod. For example, do you want to open a storage or quality of life mod first? The decision is yours!
The player will progress through levels via obtaining experience and loot in the vaults. The vaults will progressively increase in difficulty as the player levels up. Not to fear, your gear and skills will also improve as you play.
Once you have found all 25 artifacts and completed the puzzle you will be able to battle the Herald boss mob.

Our SMP
Launched in June 2023 Chromatica SMP is a server where players can play the Vault Hunters modpack at no cost, The server is brand new with server-wide farms such as the Enderman XP, hostile mobs, raid, magma cream, gold, and drown. The server does have a spawn/welcome center with starter gear readily available. The spawn area is also home to the train station for a working train out of the Create Mod. In addition to the Vault Hunters modpack, additional mods such as Easier Sleeping, Quick Leaf Decay, and TP Master have been added for quality of life. The Voice Chat mod is also installed on the server (to use it you will need to have the mod installed client-side). Hope to see you soon!
What if I cannot access the server?
Check to make sure the your instance is the same version. Contact us on Discord for assistance.
What happens once I log on?
Just like other servers. you will spawn into the server for the first time. Feel free to access the free items in the marketplace castle.
Is the server whitelisted?
At this time, there is no whitelist for the server. However, membership to our Discord is required. Access it here.
How close can I build to spawn?
The server rules are listed in Discord. Please do not build within 700 blocks of the world spawn.
Can I play as a team on the server?
Absolutely! We already have players sharing bases and entering vaults as a team.
Who are the moderators?
The server operator is FuzzyWuzzy59 and our moderator is Obliverator.
